Shipping Policy
- We only provide delivery to a local address.
- Items will be delivered within 7 working days if stocks are available depending on the time the order is received.
- Please expect delivery of 14 working days if we need to replenish out-of-stock items.
- Delivery is only to the school/organisation gate; no handling or moving services are included.
- Delivery rates are as follows:
- For order valued at $1 HKD to $1499.99 HKD, shipping fee depends on the area
- Free delivery for orders $1,500 HKD and above
Surcharge applies to Hong Kong Closed Area, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands.
In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
